Texas Shootout

Three bikers who were among 177 arrested after a 2015 shootout involving rival biker clubs in Waco, Texas, may pursue their Fourth Amendment claims against police and the former county district attorney, a federal court in Texas ruled.

The bikers say defendants improperly obtained arrest warrants based on a “fill-in-the-name affidavit that lacked probable cause.”
