Texas Pipeline

Austin, Texas, Travis County et al. sued Kinder Morgan Texas Pipeline, Interior Secretary David Bernhardt, et al. in federal court, claiming the planned 430-mile Permian Highway natural gas Pipeline through the Central Texas Hill Country will illegally cross sensitive environment and aquifer recharge zones and habitat for species protected by the Endangered Species Act.

AUSTIN, Texas — Austin, Texas, Travis County and others brought a federal complaint over the planned 430-mile Permian Highway natural gas pipeline through the Central Texas Hill Country, saying the Kinder Morgan project will illegally cross sensitive environment and aquifer recharge zones and habitat for species protected by the Endangered Species Act.
