Texas Hides Death Reports, Advocate Says

AUSTIN (CN) - Texas Commissioner of Aging and Disability Services Adelaide Horn illegally refuses to release death review reports, investigations and other documents to Advocacy Inc., which is the designated entity to protect and advocate for victims of abuse and neglect at state schools, Advocacy claims in Federal Court.
