Terrorist Attack

<span style="font-weight: 400;">A federal court <a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/08/jordanterrorism.pdf"><strong>dismissed</strong></a> a case brought by surviving family members of three U.S. Army Special Forces trainers who were killed at the entrance to a Jordanian air base in 2016. The family members claims that a First Sergeant in the Jordanian military wrongfully killed the soldiers and that Jordan aided and abetted the terrorist attack fail, because the country has sovereign immunity. </span>

WASHINGTON – A federal court dismissed a case brought by surviving family members of three U.S. Army Special Forces trainers who were killed at the entrance to a Jordanian air base in 2016. The family members claims that a First Sergeant in the Jordanian military wrongfully killed the soldiers and that Jordan aided and abetted the terrorist attack fail, because the country has sovereign immunity.
