Terrorist Attack

A federal court dismissed a case brought by surviving family members of three U.S. Army Special Forces trainers who were killed at the entrance to a Jordanian air base in 2016. The family members claims that a First Sergeant in the Jordanian military wrongfully killed the soldiers and that Jordan aided and abetted the terrorist attack fail, because the country has sovereign immunity.
