SAN JOSE — In a federal class action, John and Jane Doe claim that the spokesman for the Ambazonia Defense Forces, a separatist movement, “from what he presumes is a safe harbor hiding place at his San Jose residence,” is directing terrorist acts in Cameroon through which killed the Does’ family members, and others.
