Tennessee Appeals Court

A Tennessee trial court improperly sanctioned attorney Bruce Kramer for wrongfully directing his client to invoke the Fifth Amendment rights after he had already waived them, the Tennessee Court of Appeals ruled. Kramer did not make the error in bad faith.
