Tennessee Appeals Court

ATTORNEYS, CIVIL PROCEDURE - Landowners hired an attorney to defend their property rights against a trespassing neighbor, then sued the attorney for allegedly delaying their case. The Tennessee Court of Appeals upheld a ruling for the attorney, because the landowners had complained about the delay to several officials over two and a half years before they filed their complaint.
