Telecommunications Companies Accused of Violating Patented Traffic Information System

MARSHALL, Texas (CN) - AT&T, Sprint and other telecommunications companies face a class action in Federal Court, claiming they violate Traffic Information's patented system for providing traffic information. Defendants include Research in Motion, Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications, T-Mobile USA, Verizon Wireless and Volvo of Dallas.
