Teen Accuses Dennis Hopper’s Son of Sexual Battery

The mother sued anonymously, representing her daughter, who is now 16.

The girl met Henry Hopper through a mutual friend, and they began talking on Facebook last February, according to the complaint.

At the time, the girl was 15, and Hopper was 20.

After talking for several months, Hopper invited the girl to his home in Venice, Calif., and offered to pay for her taxi fare, the mother says.

"Once she arrived at his home, [Hopper] furnished the minor with drugs and alcohol. Once Hopper thought the minor was under the influence of the drugs and alcohol that he supplied her, [he] engaged in sexually offensive conduct with her," according to the complaint.

The plaintiffs say this happened on several occasions.

The girl and her mother demand punitive damages from Hopper for sexual battery, assault and battery, negligence, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

The plaintiffs are represented by Carl Douglas in Beverly Hills, Calif.
