Tear-gassed journalist

OAKLAND, Calif. — A California federal judge gave a mixed bag to the KCBS Radio journalist who sued Oakland after his foot was fractured when he tripped and fell because he was tear gassed at George Floyd protests. His Monell claim against the city is dismissed but his claim that he was targeted for being a journalist survives.
