Teamsters Sue Railroad In Labor Dispute

OKLAHOMA CITY (CN) - A Teamsters local sued Stillwater Central Railroad in Federal Court, claiming the railroad intimidated employees during an organizing campaign, then refused to meet with the union unless it dismisses a labor lawsuit brought by employees, which the union has no power to do.

The Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way Employees / International Brotherhood of Teamsters seeks declaratory judgment. It is represented by Rand C. Eddy.
