LEXINGTON, KY. (CN) - After grooming her in junior high school, a teacher had sex with a 15-year-old student in high school, filmed them having sex without her knowledge, and eventually stalked and threatened her, causing her for fear for her life, she claims in Fayette County Court.
The woman demands punitive damages from the teacher, Anthony Graves, and from Fayette County Public Schools. She says county prosecutors found on Graves' computer videos of the two of them having sex, after arresting him for sexual misconduct with another girl. She says Graves served time for this and is on probation.
She claims that when she tried to break off her relationship with Graves, he became "increasingly threatening" to her, "telling her that his family members would be watching her as well, and showing her that he possessed a number of firearms."
She claims that the school district had ample warnings of Graves' proclivities.
