Teacher Had Sex With Kid, Mom Says

OKLAHOMA CITY (CN) - For an entire school year, John Marshall High School teacher James Ellis forced a minor student to give him oral sex in his classroom, at lunch, during passing periods, and to have sex with him on the soccer field, in his car, and elsewhere, and though high school Principal Trina Liles and counselor Joyce Burrati were "made aware of Elliss's inappropriate behavior," they did not stop him or notify the girl's parents or police, the girl and her mother claim in Federal Court.
