BRONX (CN) - The City of New York and one of its teachers, identified asJohn Knight, violated privacy law and emotionally devastated a 14-year-old student, requiring him to be hospitalized, by telling him aloud, in front of other students, that he has HIV - a fact that even the student had not known, his parents claim in Bronx County Court.
