Teacher Allegedly Had a Thing for Students

CLEVELAND (CN) - A high school teacher with "a perverse sexual fixation on male African-American minor students" sexually molested a boy on school grounds, the boy, now a man, claims in Cuyahoga County Court. He claims the school knew of her proclivities, as she already had "given birth to a child as a result of such sexual intercourse" with another minor student.

Reyon Coleman sued Cleveland Metropolitan School District and the teacher, Cynthia Reiman, 39. She was Coleman's biology teacher at East High School during the alleged molestation, in October 2007, according to the complaint.

Coleman seeks compensatory and punitive damages. He is represented by Joseph Bancsi of Fairview Park.
