Tax-Credit Exclusions

Sacramento city and county and 15 other California cities sued Pacific Gas & Electric Co. in superior court, claiming utilities like it have a practice of “divert(ing) for their own benefit local government taxes on the use of utilities, which fund vital public services such as police, fire, emergency medical services, streets, libraries and parks.”
