ROME, Ga. - Brothers Larry J. and Andrew R. Heath and their tax companies filed "a tremendous number of fraudulent federal income tax returns for their customers," Uncle Sam claims in Federal Court.
Named as defendants are Larry J. Heath dba Heath's Income Tax dba Heath & Hames Income Tax dba Heath's Income Tax II, and Andrew R. Heath dba Excellent Tax Service.
"Andy Heath ... learned the fraudulent practices from Larry," the government says in its complaint.
