GRAND RAPIDS, MICH. (CN) - The owner of the private DeltaPlex arena in Grand Rapids claims the Grand Rapids-Kent County Convention/Arena Authority violated antitrust law by giving tax breaks to an out-of-state company, SMG, to manage and operate the Van Andel Arena in the same city. Both arenas host concerts and other events.

Delta Turner Ltd. is represented in Federal Court by Douglas Van Essen with Silver & Van Essen.
