Taser Joe

A businessman claims Jim Wells County allows its deputy sheriff Jose Martinez to Taser people so often he is known as "Taser Joe."

Reynaldo Ramirez claims Taser Joe zapped him repeatedly at his business without cause though Martinez was looking for Ramirez's sister, who was not there, in a civil rights complaint Corpus Christi Federal Court.
