Taser Broke His Back, Police Cadet Says

CENTENNIAL, COLO. (CN) - Another police cadet has sued Taser International, claiming that when he was Tasered for training purposes at the Police Academy, the jolt gave him a compression fracture of the spine and ripped a muscle from his torso.

Douglas Perry demands punitive damages in Arapahoe County Court. He is represented by David Lane with Killmer, Lane & Newman of Denver.
