Target Injury

A federal court in New Jersey dismissed a complaint against Target brought by the mother of a child who injured his arm while playing on top of the distinctive red spherical bollards in front of the store. The mother claims Target should have known children would be attracted to the balls and made them safer but the court ruled the potential danger of playing on the bollard was obvious.
