A former criminal deputy with the Utah Attorney General’s Office claims he was needlessly arrested, jailed and humiliated on a material witness arrest warrant in the corruption case of two county DAs, simply because he had an international vacation planned and asked the state to reimburse him for changes to it so he could testify.
