Tainted by El Chapo

A trial court properly dismissed a lawsuit filed by two Mexican companies that claimed a private equity firm sold them a manufacturing plant without telling them it was controlled by convicted drug kingpin “El Chapo” Guzman, a Ninth Circuit panel ruled Thursday, agreeing the suit belongs in a Mexican court.
