Tailgate Party Shooting

A Texas appeals court ruled that a man convicted for shooting another man in the neck during a brawl that broke out during a tailgate party outside of the Dallas Cowboys’ stadium had no right to a self-defense jury instruction, because he said that he did not intend for the gun to go off and the victim did not provoke him.
