The attorney general “is entitled to prove that, in providing in-state tuition on behalf of students who were unlawfully present, ABOR illegally expended funds beyond the amount of tuition collected.”

Eighteen states on Wednesday asked a federal judge for a nationwide emergency restraining order to stop President Trump from ending Affordable Care Act subsidies that reduce healthcare costs for lower-income Americans.
