Rape victims and women’s groups launched a campaign this month to scrap the unusual, and long-contested, not-proven verdict, which acquits a defendant on the grounds that the prosecution could not prove guilt beyond reasonable doubt.

Losses Mount at Trump’s Scottish Resorts

A report from Britain’s Companies House released late Friday showed losses last year at the Trump International Golf Links, and a second Trump resort on the other side of Scotland overlooking the Irish Sea
