A federal court in Maryland ruled that most of a property developer’s claims against certain elected members of the Maryland House of Delegates may continue. The developer and other plaintiffs claim the delegates conspired with Hartford county to “thwart” a development project because “most of the prospective homebuyers are Muslim.”
