The Third Circuit allowed an airline passenger to sue the Transportation Security Administration for “torment” and “abuse” she suffered from TSA screeners at Philadelphia International Airport,  including “forcing her to crawl under a table” to reach the belongings they had taken from her, and damaged, and allegedly causing her to be falsely charged with 10 crimes.
