LOS ANGELES (CN) - The estranged wife of former NFL star Terrell Owens asked a state judge to order the sale of Owens' Sherman Oaks residence.
Rachel Lynn Snider-Owens filed a verified complaint for partition and sale of real property, on Monday in Superior Court.
Snider wants a judge to order the sale of the home on Longridge Avenue in Sherman Oaks and allow them to split the proceeds.
Snider says that Owens has not agreed to any sale.
Owens' marriage to Snider was short-lived. They married in Newhall, Calif. on Jan. 23 and separated three days later, according to media reports.
Owens filed for divorce in February.
Snider also seeks attorney fees. She is represented by Beverly Hills attorney Debra A. Opri.
