SAN FRANCISCO (CN) – The arbitration provisions in **T-Mobile USA ‘s cell-phone service contracts are unconscionable and unenforceable under Washington state law, the 9th Circuit ruled. It dismissed the company’s motion to compel arbitration in a consumer class action accusing the company of breaching its contracts and violating the Washington Consumer Protection Act. See ruling.
