T-Mobile Double Dips, Class-Action Claims

SEATTLE (CN) - A federal class-action complaint claims T-Mobile USA sells wireless subscriptions without disclosing that text messaging capability is a mandatory service, and that subscribers cannot avoid charges for unwanted text messages by not opening them - including the regular, unwanted "Info Alert" text messages that T-Mobile itself sends them. See complaint.
