Suspended doc’s case to remain public

BROOKLYN — A federal court in New York denied a former physician’s motion to seal the case he filed over the suspension of his medical license. He says the case has denied him gainful employment, but sealing it would go against the public’s interest. The medical records he provided are sealed, however.
