Survivors Sue Rafting Company

CHEYENNE, WYO. (CN) - Three people drowned and more were injured when a Tauck Tours raft capsized while running the Snake River in Grand Teton National Park, the families' survivors claim in Federal Court.

Plaintiffs also sue Vail Resorts and Grand Teton Lodge Co. The accident happened on June 2, 2006 during a period of high flow of icy cold water, the suit states.
