Supreme Court Remands |Age-Discrimination Case

WASHINGTON (CN) - The Supreme Court has remanded an age-discrimination case, unanimously declining to decide whether the testimony of five other Sprint employees who lost their jobs under the same cutbacks but under different supervisors required admission. "We conclude that such evidence is neither per se admissible nor per se inadmissible," Justice Clarence Thomas wrote.
