Supreme Court Declines Tobacco Antitrust Case

WASHINGTON (CN) - The U.S. Supreme Court declined to take up a California smoker's lawsuit blaming the rising cost of cigarettes on a $206 billion settlement agreement reached a decade ago between 46 states and big tobacco.
