Superstorm Sandy Damage

An appeals court in New Jersey ruled in favor of the New Jersey Transit Corporation in a dispute with its insurers, finding that a $100 million flood sublimit in policies did not apply to the transit company’s claims for Superstorm Sandy-related water damage.
