SunEdison Turmoil

MANHATTAN - With SunEdison "teetering on the edge of bankruptcy," it plans to defraud creditors, shareholders of Latin America Power Holding claim in court.

SunEdison's lack of liquidity kept it from following through on a commitment to spend $733 million acquiring LAP, which owns renewable energy projects in Chile and Peru, according to the complaint.
