Parents of students between kindergarten and fifth grade sued the school district in Racine, Wisconsin, over its refusal to use coronavirus relief funds to open two schools that predominantly serve poor Black and Hispanic students for the summer, including bus service and after-school programs, even though it is providing similar resources to schools with more affluent white students.
