Suing the FDA

The Animal Legal Defense Fund sued Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar and the FDA, claiming they authorized use of the beta 3-adrenergic agonist/antagonist drug Experior on nearly 100 million cows without properly evaluating its effect on the cows or on human health.
