Yvonne Nkrumah, a 13-year officer of The World Bank in Washington, D.C., sued Secretary of State Michael Pompeo in federal court for ordering her to return to Ghana, without due process, at a time when Ghana’s borders are closed even to Ghanian citizens because of the Covid-19 pandemic.
