A former officer Los Angeles County sheriff’s officer who says he was one of the few officers willing to testify in the corruption probe that led to the convictions of Sheriff Lee Baca, Undersheriff Paul Tanaka and others claims in a federal complaint that he was “repaid for his acts of courage by shunning, humiliation and ultimately the termination of his career.”
