OMAHA, Neb. – A Nebraska judge on Friday gave Catholic institutions in the state until at least March 12 to comply with 400 subpoenas issued by the state attorney general Tuesday, agreeing it would have been impossible to produce the records requested by the AG’s March 1 deadline.
