LOS ANGELES (CN) - Stunt coordinator B.J. Davis claims the Screen Actors Guild retaliated against his work on behalf of stuntmen by giving the Department of Homeland Security confidential medical and personal information about him and his wife, Julia Davis, against whom DHS allegedly had a beef because as a Customs inspector she won a $225,000 judgment against DHS for sexual harassment.
B.J. Davis claims the SAG's release of his confidential information to DHS was just one in a series of retaliatory acts it took for his union work. Davis claims the SAG hates him because he lobbied, successfully, against including extras as Guild members.
The Davises demand an injunction and punitive damages for privacy invasion, emotional distress, and breach of fiduciary duty. They are represented in Superior Court by Chance E. Gordon.
