HARRISBURG, Pa. — The Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled a school district improperly expelled a student, referred to as J.S., who sent memes to another student suggesting a third student looked like a school shooter. The messages were private until the second student posted the memes to his Snapchat story. The court ruled that J.S. did not intend for his messages to threaten any other person.
