Student Borrowers Say They Were Gypped

MINNEAPOLIS (CN) - Northstar Education Finance dba Total Higher Education cheated student borrowers by terminating 0.75% interest-rate reductions for students who were less than 60 days in arrears, a class action claims in Federal Court.

The class claims Northstar breached contract by unilaterally canceling the rate cuts in February this year. They are represented by Timothy Becker with Zimmerman Reed.
