Student-Athlete Says Porn, Pot Weren’t His

TYLER, Texas (CN) - A student athlete claims Jarvis Christian College wrongfully gave him the boot after a maid found his teammate's pornography and marijuana in their hotel room during a trip with the basketball team.

Andre DeFlorimonte claims the Christian college had no right to suspend him from school for the rest of the semester, when the controversial items belonged to fellow teammate Alex Guest.

DeFlorimonte demands re-admission, along with punitive damages. He is represented by Shackleford, Melton & McKinley.
