Strip Clubs

Dozens of Wisconsin strip clubs filed a federal lawsuit against the U.S. Small Business Administration claiming they have wrongly been denied second draw Paycheck Protection Program loans based on their businesses’ sexual nature. A federal judge ruled last year that the SBA cannot deny coronavirus relief loans to strip clubs.
