COLUMBUS, Ohio – The city attorney for Columbus, Ohio, said Wednesday in a memo to the city’s police chief that the state law cited in the recent arrest of porn star Stormy Daniels shouldn’t be enforced because it only applies to employees who regularly perform at a sexually oriented business.
