Storage Wars

An appeals court in California upheld a ruling in favor of Public Storage in a breach of contract suit brought by David Hester, a star on the reality television show “Storage Wars,” relating to the contents of a self-storage unit he purchased. Auction attendees signed an agreement that included language permitting the company to rescind a sale in the event of an error by the seller.
