‘Stop Woke’ subpoenas

ATLANTA — The 11th Circuit overturned a Florida federal court’s denial of Florida legislators’ motion to quash subpoenas for documents related to the passage of Florida’s Stope Woke Act, which is challenged by professors and a student for having a racially discriminatory purpose. Factual documents are within the scope of legislative privilege.
